About Grayson

Grayson Leverenz specializes in helping International professionals and students learn, succeed, and have fun in the USA. She began providing intercultural communication coaching as an MBA student at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2004. There she introduced the International student community to the nuances of US language and culture to help them excel in the job market and in the social scene. While she was a student, Grayson had the opportunity to study abroad in Germany and intern in Brazil. She served as an officer for the International Business Association and Chair of the International Programs Advisory Board. She was also a founding member of a Conversation Group designed to enhance the language skills of international classmates, and a founding member of a cultural cooking exchange.

After receiving her MBA in 2006, Grayson joined the marketing team of a Fortune 50 consumer packaged goods company where she worked in a global capacity on a France-based brand. She dedicated herself to intercultural training in 2008 through her company, MBA in the USA®. Grayson joined the RW3 team as a Client Service Specialist in 2009 where she works with global prospects and clients to deliver innovative intercultural training solutions. Grayson’s areas of expertise include: interviewing, networking, conversation, presentation, and popular culture.

Hundreds of International students have benefited from Grayson’s intercultural workshops, and she has worked with people from China, India, South Korea, the UK, and South Africa to build effective virtual teams and craft brilliant careers. Grayson is the author of "Launching Your US Job Search" and "How to Shine in Every MBA interview."

Grayson is an associate member of the Association of International Graduate Admissions Consultants (AIGAC), and a member of PennTESOL-East, a professional, non-profit association dedicated to the improvement and advancement of teaching English to speakers of other languages.
