I love this image of the "confused businsswoman." I bought it at iStockphoto.com.
MSN Careers showcased a "work lingo" quiz today, and I thought it would be fun to use it for Words of the Week. We’ve covered most of these since MBA in the USA went live in 2008.
I must admit, I missed one of answers, but I disagree with the author on the definition! Can you guess which one I missed? Let me know how you do in the comments.

The word quiz is definitely off. If you have a remotely technical background, a few of the answer choices will have very different meanings from what the author has proposed. Ex: Bandwidth: all the answer choices are incorrect, and offline, again all are in correct, the author seems to be referring to “off the record”/
Thanks for your comment, Ali. A lot of buzzwords in the US begin in the technical world, and migrate into every day business-speak. It drives technical people crazy!
“Low-hanging fruit”??? haha that’s hilarious… I’ve never heard of most of these.
Hi Polina! Low-hanging fruit makes me laugh, too. If you have time, use my search bar above, and search for low-hanging fruit. The image always cracks me up.
