Last year, I wrote all about the history, traditions, and food of Thanksgiving in the USA. I also highlighted Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year. Please click here to check it out. This year, I thought it would be fun to share a more personal side of Thanksgiving.
Top 5 things I’m thankful for in 2009
5. Seeing my favorite dance company, Alvin Ailey® American Dance Theater, twice in one year
4. Utilizing technology like Facebook that connects me with friends around the world and Audible.com that provides constant learning and entertainment
3. Creating a location independent career that allows me to help global MBAs achieve their highest potential and includes working with Valerie, my sales guru, mentor, and friend, along with everyone else at RW3
2. Embracing Kundalini yoga and meditation as part of my yoga practice thanks to Dr. Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa and his wife, Nirbha Kaur Khalsa.
1. Loving my brilliant, thoughtful, and super funny husband as well as my extended family that loves me, supports me (in every crazy endeavor!), and teaches me something new every day
Happy Thanksgiving!
