Hindsight is 20/20 means that you have a perfect understanding of something after it has happened. Breaking it down, hindsight is looking back and 20/20 vision is considered perfect by doctors.
I recently presented a career search workshop for International students at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and had the opportunity to interact further with the students in their US Language & Culture class. In class, we talked about my experience as an MBA student, a corporate professional and now an entrepreneur. The term hindsight is 20/20 popped to mind when the students asked about working in the US and specific classes to take. My opinions are much clearer now that I’ve completed my degree and worked for several years post-grad. I believe the response went something like this, “Well, hindsight is 20/20 and looking back now I would recommend…”
